The property is close to local swim holes, Woodstock's vibrant cultural scene, and within a 40-minute drive to ski destinations, including Belleayre, Catamount, Windham and Plattekill.

The property is less than a mile from the town center. Set back via a long gravel driveway that opens to a large terrace with ample parking for three cars.

Availability & Pricing

Seasonal lease prices by the month (utilities, wifi & maintenance included):

  • $6,500 per month from April 15, 2024, to June 15, 2024 (with a $1,200 deposit)
  • $8,500 per month from June 15, 2024, to September 15, 2024 (with a $3,600 deposit for a 3 month stay)
